Improve Writing style and Grammar using Microsoft Word 2007

Microsoft Word 2007 is not only an exotic office productivity tool but also an excellent English language-learning tool as well. Simple write a colloquial or a blender English writing and use the “Spell Check” option to correct you are spelling as well as your Grammar.

In this post we will illustrate the procedure to learn better grammar using Word 2007

1.Modify the default setting of word to enable this option.Click “Spelling and Grammar” in “Review” tab. On the pop window, select “options” button to change word 2007 “Review” settings.

2.Select “Grammar and style” option as highlighted below. Click on the “setting” button to select the list of grammar correction required.

3.Once a Rough draft is finished click “Spelling and Grammar” and review the spell mistakes and grammar mistakes. Click on the explain button to get the grammar related tutorials.
